ABC Cutting Contractors of Jacksonville, Inc. was founded in 1986 to do one thing well: cut, drill and remove concrete for the people who build and maintain Northeast Florida. The company is owned by Jonathan E. "Chip" Boyd.
The crew is five people with more than 150 years of combined experience. They carry OSHA, forklift and aerial lift training, and the company is fully insured. Most jobs are commercial, for electricians, plumbers, general contractors, road and underground contractors, utilities and facilities teams. Residential customers are welcome too.
Over four decades the work has ranged from single core holes to about $1 million in cutting on the renovation that turned the Gator Bowl into Jacksonville's NFL stadium.

How we work
Customers come back for three reasons: quality, speed and price. The crew shows up when it says it will, does the job right, and gets out of the way so the next trade can start.
The crew brings the right method for the cut, from core drills and slab saws to wire saws, and switches methods mid-job if the work calls for it. Commercial or residential, every job gets the same care.
